Payment
All payments are due at the time the order is placed, exceptions to this will be on an order to order basis at which payment is due upon receipt of order.
Shipping Policies
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. The buyer may be subject to an additional fee if an incorrect address was provided at the time of checkout and the planner has to be returned.
Refund/Return Policy
All sales are final, unless, the seller has made an error at which time a solution will be agreed upon to both the buyers and sellers satisfaction.
Cancellation
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
Changes
Changes that have been agreed upon by J.Rose, may be made, up to 48 hours from the time you completed your order.

Your continued use of the services provided, after such posting of any updates changes, and/or modifications shall constitute your acceptance of such updates, changes and/or modifications. The user understands, acknowledges and agrees that the Services offered shall be provided “As Is” and as such J.Rose shall not assume any responsibility or obligation for the timelines missed delivery, or deletion and/or any failure to store user content.
